I’d definitely order from Piper & Scoot again. Overall, it just felt like a solid, trustworthy store. The website was easy to get around, the prices seemed fair, and I never got that weird pushy or sketchy feeling you sometimes get when shopping online. My order details were clear, and I had the sense that if something went wrong, they’d actually be helpful about it. Easy, comfortable experience all around.

I ordered a dress that ended up not fitting right, so I sent it back assuming the return would be straightforward. Instead, I got store credit, which felt really annoying because I just wanted my money back. It also kind of made me feel boxed in, like I had to order something else even though I wasn’t confident about the sizing anymore. The clothes are definitely cute, but the return setup left a bad impression and would make me hesitate before buying again

I really wanted to love this, but the quality just didn’t feel worth the price to me. The fabric was thinner than I expected, and I noticed a couple spots where the stitching looked a little messy. It’s not unwearable or anything, but it definitely didn’t have that “excited to order again” feeling.
Shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there. I did reach out to support and they were polite, basically saying something like “we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations” and that they’d pass the feedback along. I appreciated the response, but overall the item itself was still kind of disappointing

My order showed up packed really well, and nothing was wrinkled or messed up. The bag and tissue looked neat without feeling overdone. It shipped in good shape too, so overall I was happy with it.
